Convenient location, short walk from Lodi station and only 3 stops from Duomo station. Hilton-esque breakfast, fantastic and highly recommended. Well-maintained, large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, providing excellent customer service. Elegant lobby and hotel room, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.
Felt like being taken care of at home, with no reason to complain.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay during our city break. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby.
This lack of preparation for such situations was a major safety risk and left us feeling unsettled.

We had a great stay at a hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The location was convenient and the room was clean with nice amenities. We were impressed with the pool, but were disappointed we had to pay extra for it. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel had good access to the city centre with a subway station just a short walk away. In the surrounding area, there were several shopping centres and delicious restaurants. The rooms were elegant with top-of-the-line linens and toiletries. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices. The swimming pool and saunas were enjoyable, and the spa services were great to kick back and relax.
There were additional charges to use the spa facilities that came as a surprise to some guests, and the Wi-Fi was problematic for some of the rooms.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The location was super convenient for getting around, as it was near a tube station. The service was fantastic and staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Our room was a peaceful escape and we appreciated the room amenities provided. Best of all, we had access to a leisure spa & wellness centre, with an indoor swimming pool and other facilities, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
